Mammoth Sign Defenseman Steph Charbonneau to One-Year Contract Agreement

DENVER – The Colorado Mammoth of the National Lacrosse League (NLL) announced the organization signed defenseman Steph Charbonneau to a one-year contract agreement Tuesday, set to begin during the league’s 2026-27 campaign.

Charbonneau, 30, most recently recorded 10 points (2g, 8a), 52 loose balls, 10 caused turnovers, 11 blocked shots and eight penalty minutes in 15 regular season appearances with the Vancouver Warriors. The 5-11, 175-lb. talent added three loose balls and two penalty minutes during Vancouver’s lone playoff appearance last season.

The Montreal, Quebec native’s 10 points represented the second-best total of his seven-year career, with the 20 points (9g, 11a) recorded during his rookie season with the Philadelphia Wings remaining his best offensive statistical output to date.

Originally selected by the Calgary Roughnecks during the fifth round (45th overall) of the 2017 NLL Entry Draft, Charbonneau made his NLL debut with Wings during the league’s 2018-19 season.
