WILD BUNCH AUDITION REGISTRATION

Audition Details:

Audition Participants must:

be at least 18 years of age (by October 19, 2024) or 17 years of age with a parent or guardian present to sign a waiver on the participant’s behalf
hold a high school diploma or equivalent education
wear athletic attire and shoes with non-marking soles
submit a 8″ x 10″ headshot at check-in on October 19
submit a dance resume including any previous dance teams, classes or workshops, current employment and training, educational background, and 3 professional references with email addresses, at check-in on October 19
complete and submit the 2024 Wild Bunch Audition Registration Form and the 2024 Liability Waiver & Release.
have reliable transportation to and from all Wild Bunch practices and home games in the Colorado Mammoth 2024-25 season (schedule TBD).

2024 Audition Schedule:

Preliminary Auditions: Saturday, October 19 at Foothills Fieldhouse in Denver

Online Audition Registration Due: 12pm (noon) MDT on Friday, October 18
In-Person Audition Registration: 1:45pm Saturday, October 19
Preliminary Round Choreography Instruction begins at 2pm

Finalists’ Training Camp: Monday, October 21 – Thursday, October 24

- Individual Interviews: 11:30am–4:30pm
Tuesday, October 22
- Individual Interviews: 9:30am–2:30pm
- Dance Rehearsal: 7:45-9:45pm
Thursday, October 24
- Dance Rehearsal: 7:15-9:15pm

- Dance Rehearsal & Final Evaluation: 7:15-9:15pm
- 2024-25 Wild Bunch Announced by 10:30pm

Finalists’ Training Camp:

Details for the Training Camp will be discussed after the Preliminary round of auditions. Finalists will rehearse as a group on Tuesday, October 22 and Thursday, October 24 and interview with a judging panel on either Monday October 21 or Tuesday, October 22.

Attire:

Preliminary Dance Auditions: Athletic Attire with shoes (jazz or athletic shoes)
Finalists’ Training Camp: all black fitted top with all black fitted shorts or leggings; jazz shoes and athletic shoes

WILD BUNCH AUDITION REGISTRATION

Audition Prep Classes:

Get ready for Wild Bunch Dance Team auditions by attending our prep classes! Train with the pros and learn a different combo each week. This is a great way to practice picking up choreography before the big day!

While you must be at least 18 years old to audition for the Wild Bunch, anyone 16 or older may participate in the classes. (Dancers under 18 years of age will need to have a parent or guardian sign a waiver on their behalf.) This provides a great opportunity to learn more about the Wild Bunch dance program and get a head start on future auditions by gaining valuable dance and performance skills from the Wild Bunch.

Prep Class Pricing:

Individual Class – $20
2-3 classes – $18/class*
4-5 classes – $17/class*
6 classes – $16/class*

Space is limited to the first 25 paid participants. Early registration is highly recommended (classes typically sell out) but walk up registration will be available on a first come, first serve basis.

*Discount only applies to classes purchased together. Audition Prep Class fees are non-refundable.

Thursday, Oct 10 – 7:15-8:30pm – Lifetime Fitness
Thursday, Oct 17 – Lifetime Fitness

Cherry Creek Dance is located at 2625 E. 3rd Ave. Denver, CO 80206. Parking is available on the street or in the lot behind the studio.

Lifetime Fitness is located at 3501 Clear Creek Dr. Lakewood, CO 80401.

Audition Prep Classes Include:

Instruction on basic dance and performance skills
Opportunity to gain confidence and knowledge of what to expect at auditions
Tips and techniques from Wild Bunch Alumni
Q&A covering the Colorado Mammoth and Wild Bunch Dance Team season

Attire

While it is not required, prep class participants and encouraged to wear fitted dance attire and jazz or athletic shoes suitable for dancing.
