Eli Madden

Eli Madden enters his second season as vice president of ticket sales & service after accepting the new role in August 2021. Madden originally joined the Kroenke Sports & Entertainment family in 2009, working as an inside sales representative for the Colorado Avalanche and Denver Nuggets. Switching gears and eventually working for the Colorado Rapids for two years within the MLS, he went on to spend three season with the Colorado Avalanche of the NHL as a ticket sales account executive. Eventually switching gears back to the soccer world, he spent another two season with the Rapids, this time as an inside sales manager, where he focused on recruiting candidates to the Colorado Rapids Sales Academy. Finally transitioning to the organization which he continues to call home, Madden accepted the title and responsibilities of Colorado Mammoth director of sales and service, where he excelled for five and a half years before accepting his recent promotion to vice president. The University of Minnesota graduate continues to find innovative and exciting ways to keep his ticket sales and service staffs engaged and successful, as his team has regularly been noted among the NLL’s top 3 best-selling units for the past six years and counting. Continuously adding to the team’s ever-important Season Ticket Member base, Madden and his team keep the best lacrosse fans in the world happy and steadily flowing into Ball Arena with a smile on their face as the team continues to grow the game throughout Colorado.
